Hiring rules:

A $2000 bond is paid when the caravan is handed over. Upon return, we will conduct an inspection, and the bond will be released (up to 3 business days), if there is no damage

Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside and out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place, otherwise a $150 cleaning fee will be charged

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older

Off-Road use will be considered. Hirer must provide details in your booking request of where you will be headed during your travels. We require information on any unsealed roads and approximate km's to be travelled

Hirer must come in for a set-up demonstration and tutorial before the caravan is handed over. Allow an hour for this handover process
Cancellation policy:

Cancel earlier than 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund

Cancel between 30 and 15 days before the start of the booking and receive a 90% credit
-
Cancellations less than 15 days before the start of the booking will not be eligible for any refund or credit
